Sanitation Industry

Beran Environmental Services has been providing numerous waste industry services to many of the area's landfill sites for nearly two decades. These services include quarterly sampling of groundwater, surface water and leachate, and gas collection system monitoring. Personnel have experience in sampling groundwater wells utilizing bailers, QED bladders, Grundfos, and Rediflow pumps as well. In addition, Beran Environmental Services has designed and implemented remedial measures for a vegetated cap on a closed site that was not meeting expectations of tree growth, has provided excavation services for methane collection systems installation and repair, assistance in the repair of torn liners, and brush-hogged lined caps. Personnel from Beran Environmental Services were integral in the planning, permitting, construction, and monitoring of a stream relocation associated with a landfill expansion.
